Psychotherapy
Good for individuals. This service provides culturally competent psychotherapy for diverse individuals & families with specialization in Anxiety, Depression, Grief & Loss, and Binge Eating.
The therapeutic practice is centered around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. In many cases, research has shown this to be as or more effective than drug therapy and other approaches. It is a collaborative, goal-oriented, and generally time-limited treatment approach.
